Before Your Shoot
To ensure the best results, please have the property clean, staged (If applicable), and ready before we arrive. We're not able to clean, stage, or rearrange items on-site, so the property's condition at the time of filming will be reflected in the final video.
*A note on color grading: We color grade every video to make your listing look its best — clean, true-to-life, and inviting — while staying accurate to what buyers will see in person.
Drone Safety
Due to safety regulations, exterior drones cannot be operated in the following conditions or locations:

Rain, snow or heavy winds

Within 5km of airports, aerodromes, helipads, or seaplane zones

Over crowds, people, busy streets, or provincial parks
Exterior drones perform best with a private takeoff and landing area — such as a rooftop patio with a clear, unobstructed line of sight — and are best suited to detached homes with ample open space and minimal hazards (e.g., tall trees, power lines).
Interior drones cannot launch from patios or balconies in heavy winds, or in busy, high-density areas.
